We are a retail trading firm which consists of the sale of goods to retailers, industrial, commercial, institutional or other trades and retailed subordinated services in India. All our customers shall complete their registration form, the signed terms and conditions. Persons below the age of eighteen cannot be an authorized user.
The customers are expected to have a close look of our website or catalogue for a complete description of the products. Though we are doing our best to describe present the articles being sold on the website as accurately as possible. Some product characteristics may be altered slightly. The photographs of the products displayed on the website or catalogue are not contractually binding. Under no circumstances we may be held liable on the basis of such photographs.
The prices displayed on the products are expressed in Indian rupees and shall include all the taxes applicable by law. Product prices shall not include delivery charges. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed by the customers.
The product will be delivered only at the registered address of the order placed. The delivery charges payable by the customers shall cover the preparation and dispatch of the packages, the cost of transpiration calculated on the basis of the weight and destination of the product ordered and all the insurance costs. The delivery will be through couriers. Outside Kerala it will take 4-5 working days. Delivery time may vary from order to order. Within Kerala the item will be delivered in two working days. Cash on delivery is not available.
For online purchases customers may pay for his/her purchase by using an EFT (electronic fund transfer) or credit/debit card or by net transferring.
The customer may return the products for any of the following two reasons.
1. Genuine manufacturing defects
2. Damage to product during transportation (for home delivery only)
The genuineness of the damage is finalised by take off sports. If it is a genuine manufacturing defect, we will replace the item if in stock, otherwise will refund the money. Only those products returned complete, in perfect conditions and in their original packing shall be accepted. If the product is no longer available we shall refund the price that the Customer has already paid for the product. If the amount is above Rs. 5000/-we shall reimburse the amount by issuing a cheque within 2 working days. You have to inform us before you sending any damage items for return.
