The customer may return the products for any of the following two reasons.

 

1. Genuine manufacturing defects

 

2. Damage to product during transportation (for home delivery only)

 

The genuineness of the damage is finalised by take off sports. If it is a genuine manufacturing defect, we will replace the item if in stock, otherwise will refund the money. Only those products returned complete, in perfect conditions and in their original packing with original invoice shall be accepted. If the product is no longer available we shall refund the price that the Customer has already paid for the product. If the amount is above Rs. 5000/-we shall reimburse the amount by issuing a cheque within 2 working days. You have to inform us before you sending any damage items for return.
